Amidst the complex social reality of Venezuela, on Margarita Island, 55-year-old Angela shoulders the sole responsibility for the daily care of her brother Carlos (40), a man weakened and disheartened by illness and the surrounding crisis. Trapped in an exhausting routine that ranges from household chores to emotional support, Angela holds the family together while her own physical and mental health quietly deteriorates.
