Directed by

A boy born in the year of the donkey grows up believing the world is made of clouds and that his grandmother milks them for him. When his family’s last migration ends and he is taken to the city, the imagined creatures of his childhood vanish one by one, and with them his voice. This is the story of how his imagination almost died — and what brought it back.
