Veterans’ Theater

The documentary “Veterans’ Theater” tells the stories of Ukrainian veterans, active-duty soldiers, female combat medics, and volunteers as they navigate the path of rehabilitation through theater. At its heart are personal stories, rehearsals, internal transformations, and the attempt to reinterpret their experiences through art. The film observes the creation of a theatrical project where creativity serves as a tool for recovery, socialization, and returning to life after war — turning the stage into a space of trust, support, and new beginnings.
