See You Tomorrow
Michelle, a UK -based street photographer meets Dayo by chance and is drawn to his quiet depth. What begins as a simple interaction quickly grows into a gentle, unspoken connection.
Instead of saying goodbye, they adopt a ritual; “see you tomorrow” a phrase that slowly becomes their way of holding on to each other.
As their bond deepens, Michelle begins to imagine something more, while Dayo remains, present but restrained. Unknown to her, his time in the UK is limited based on his type of Visa and he has been living with the knowledge that their connection has an end date.
When the truth finally comes out that he is leaving in just days, everything they’ve built begins to unravel. Michelle is forced to confront the reality of loving someone who was never meant to stay, while Dayo struggles with the guilt of having let things go as far as they did.
Now, they are wondering if it was ever “see you tomorrow,” or was it always goodbye?
