Figher – Groot (Astronaut remix)

Directed by
Robert Farkas

The concept for the music video grew out of my novel The Planet-Eating Monster, which imagines the existence of a colossal, planet-sized creature inhabited by different civilizations.

For the video, I distilled this larger story into a shorter, more playful and fast-paced narrative, created specifically around the music. I also produced the track myself using Suno for my band, where I play drums.

In a way, the project brings together several things that are very close to me: storytelling, filmmaking, animation and music.
