Before their wedding, Anya and Lev travel to a village connected to Anya’s family history. As the repressed, darker sides of Anya begin to surface, the past starts to intrude upon the present. Lev is confronted not with fear or faith, but with a deeper question: can he accept the woman he loves beyond the image of her he once held in his mind?
