Ocelli
Following a tip off from a concerned local a podcaster heads into “Watchers Wood”, the setting of a 17th century piece of folklore. The mysteries surrounding the wood and what is contained within unfold before his eyes as he grapples for survival. Staying true to the folk horror genre this is a film that blends the surreal with the real as we are unsure if he is filming the woods or it’s they that are filming him. Described by Indyred as a stunningly artistic film that delivers on it’s intentions Ocelli will change the way you look at the woods forever.

Great opening quote. It does seem like planet Earth has received some help from somewhere.
I was immediately pulled into the film with its great opening minutes.
Very great performances. I like the whole witches theme. The woods being haunted with this "botanical anomaly" take is very genius. Calling it the "Watchers Wood", well, that's pretty cool 😎
The bloopers at the end were fun to see :D

Thanks so much for your comments Nikolas. As you can see from the bloopers we had lots of fun. Filming at weekends then editing during the week.. after work of course. I've always loved arthouse films and folk horror so I guess it evolved from there.

That's a sound plan. Inspiring. Keep up the good work!
