Synopsis:
One morning, millions of men wake up with antlers growing from their heads. A collapse follows unlike anything the world has ever seen. Many are unable to perform their jobs, the army and police lose half of their forces, transportation breaks down, and the entire world is paralyzed.
Is it a mysterious epidemic, a new chemical weapon, a terrorist attack—or the result of unfaithful women? A diverse group of scientists, FBI agents, and adventurers sets out to uncover the truth. The government launches Program 60, a last-ditch effort to solve the crisis within sixty days.

The investigation spans continents, but time is running out. The nervous horned men want only one thing: to become normal men again.
