Mr.Silven
Directed by
Ani Grigoryan
After a career-ending injury, Silven, a former African football player, decided to stay in Armenia. He now lives alone in the village of Teghut, in Tavush, where he coaches a children’s football team.
As the boys prepare for an important match, Silven trains them with relentless dedication. Fluent in Armenian, he has become more than a coach — a mentor and father figure. Far from his homeland, he has built a quiet life around the team, placing his hopes in the boys and in the game that still defines him.
