@Liza.de can you please let us know what the film school assignment was for your film? Appreciate it. Also, what camera did your DP use to shoot this? Thanks.

The assignment is literally in the title. I'm the DOP. Canon 90D I think, why?

A lot happens in 3 minutes so its entertaining. And its funny as always 😄

I like your ideas. Light, simple, entertaining ;)

The assignment your teacher gave you was to make a film about style? That's the only instructions? Like my "The Last Hotdog" It was a Masterclass that Werner Herzog taught. His assignment for us was "to Have a protagonist want something that he would doing anything to get while the antagonist was there to stop him from getting it. There had to be a chase scene and we could only use our smartphone to film it. and it only could be 3 minutes long." So I apologize if I don't understand what your teacher assigned. The film in itself is good I was asking for more clarity is all. No worries.

Okay I understand now. I did not know who Wes Andersen was is. But I did a little research and found out that, Wes Anderson's style is characterized by its use of symmetry, vibrant color palettes, and whimsical storytelling, creating a visually distinctive and nostalgic atmosphere. His films often feature eccentric characters and meticulous set designs, making them easily recognizable and celebrated in the film industry. I'm sorry for the confusion.

I think the easiest is just to watch a few of his things, he has a distinct style. I guess the assignment was something like make a short biographical movie about another person in W.A. style. I don't remember the exact wording now, it was 4 years ago.
